Products are shipped directly to customers based on their selected shipping method, and we strive to ensure timely delivery. However, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided by customers. We do not make medical claims and strongly advise consulting a healthcare professional before use if you have any underlying health conditions.

2. Payment

Customers can securely make payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards, and other available payment gateways. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase, and orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received. In cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized payments, we reserve the right to cancel orders without prior notice. 3. Refunds & Returns

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the following conditions:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or the wrong item was sent.
