Welcome to Aluvia. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms & Conditions outline important details regarding your use of our site, product purchases, payment terms, and policies regarding returns, disputes, and liabilities. Please read them carefully before making a purchase to ensure a smooth shopping experience. If you do not agree to these terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our website or purchasing our products.

1. Products & Services

Aluvia specializes in premium apparel, including joggers, hoodies, jackets, and more. We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including providing sizing charts and product images.
While we aim for prompt fulfillment, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier disruptions, customer address errors, or unforeseen events.

Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing and product details carefully before purchase. Misinterpretation of sizing charts or product features does not qualify for a refund or chargeback.

2. Payment

Customers can securely complete their purchases through Shopify Payments, PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards, and other accepted methods.
Full payment is required at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

We implement industry-standard encryption and fraud protection. If any payment fraud is suspected, Aluvia reserves the right to cancel orders without notice.
By placing an order, you confirm you are authorized to use the provided payment method.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be edited or canceled only if you contact contact.aluvia@gmail.com before the order has been shipped and a tracking number issued.
We will make every effort to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once processing begins.

Aluvia holds no responsibility for customer mistakes, including but not limited to:

  • Wrong size selection

  • Incorrect color choice

  • Misinterpretation of sizing charts

  • Incorrect shipping information

Our support team is here to help if contacted in a timely manner, but all final responsibility lies with the customer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping times vary by location and carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost parcels due to incorrect addresses, or courier-related issues.

Shipping Protection is offered at checkout. If not selected, Aluvia is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in carrier possession.

5. Refunds & Returns

All sales are considered final unless the product is defective or incorrect upon arrival.
Returns are eligible only under the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in original packaging

  • Return is requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of defect or error is provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless a mistake was made by Aluvia.
Returns for personal errors (wrong size, change of mind) are not accepted.

6. Dispute Resolution

Customers agree to contact us at contact.aluvia@gmail.com before pursuing any chargebacks or disputes.
We prioritize resolving issues quickly and fairly.
False or fraudulent chargebacks based on personal error will be contested and may result in the customer being permanently banned from future purchases.

Disputes unresolved by direct communication will be handled by mediation or arbitration under applicable Australian laws.

7. Risk Allocation & Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: Aluvia is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to our products.

  • Customer Responsibility: All products are used at the customer's own risk.

  • Product Performance: While our clothing is made to high standards, individual expectations may vary.

8. Warranty & Guarantees

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for defective items only.
Claims require visual proof (photos or videos) and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse or incorrect care

  • Unauthorized modifications

9. Withdrawal Rights

Customers may cancel orders before shipment for a full refund.
Once the order is shipped, the 7-day defective-item policy applies.

Orders already shipped cannot be canceled. Refusal of delivery may result in restocking or shipping fees.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, product designs, images, and branding are the exclusive property of Aluvia.
Any unauthorized use or reproduction will result in legal action.

Customer reviews, photos, and feedback may be used for promotional purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise by the customer.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be handled under the federal law of Australia or the laws of relevant states.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Aluvia reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updates.
